Dear knobbers
On the 19th January 2007 is sent you a S.A.R. You failed in your obligation to comply within the 40 day time scale and despite several reminders and excuses you forced me to take legal action against you to comply.
I have recently gone through all of the information you have sent again and I have noticed all you have sent is statements. I shouldn’t have to point out when a S.A.R is requested you must provide ALL information you have on me in your records i.e credit agreements for an example.
As you failed in your obligation you have no rights to ask for another £10 statutory fee as I have already paid this with my original request.
This is notice that you have 16 days from the date of this letter to FULLY comply with my S.A.R request.
Failure to disclose ALL information you hold on me within 16 days will result in a complaint being made against you to fos and could very well end up in myself taking legal action against you for the second time.
