    Default CNorris517 vs Barclaycard

Hi guys I've just started the recovery process against Barclaycard and I'm after a little advice. I sent this on July 30th and I haven't recieved anything yet.

Data Protection Act 1998 - Subject access requesticon

    Dear Sirs,
Please supply me with all of the personal data that you hold to which I am entitled under the Data Protection Act 1998.
In particular, I require a complete list of transactions and charges relating to my history with your organisation. Alternatively, a complete set of statements will be acceptable. Additionally, where there has been any event in my account history over this period which has required manual
intervention by any member of your staff, or any other person, I require disclosure of any indication or manual notes which have either caused or resulted in that manual intervention, or other evidence of that manual intervention in relation to my banking business with you.
I enclose the statutory maximum fee of 10 pounds. You have 40 days in which to comply.
I would be happy to collect the Data from my local Barclaysicon branch.

    Yours faithfully,

    CNorris517

Obviously the 40 days are now up and I still haven't recieved a thing. What is BC's standard procedure for dealing with S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon)'s should I phone them and chase the records or should I just take it straight to court?

give em another warning and take em to court, make SURE you get ALL documents like credit agreement NOT just the statements. i have already done this,

p.s if you go court route i claimed £30 agro fees and £30 court fees, you will end up with letter from then they will payup ONLY if u sign enclosed form sayin you not allowed to disscuss this with any1 other that bcard, i told em to get stuffed and hey presto got the cash and got the SARicon
i'll watch this thread now so can help when needed as i got the t-shirt already :P
