Hello,
We sent a letter off claiming back our charges from Eggcredit card. Today we received the "we've received your complaint" letter saying they will resolve to solve it quickly etc and that they have to acknowledge our complaint in 5 days and resolve it within 4 weeks.
What next - sorry, been looking for the answer but can't find it...do we wait until they get back in touch???
