Am about to submit my N1 POC to Derby county court. I remember reading somewhere that the A&L was not covered by the test case and that their claims should go ahead as normal.........does anyone else know if this is true or is it just a figment of my imagination?
Think you will find the court will stay your claim, if they are going to, regardless of the bank because its the legal president surrounding bank claims they are testing in the test case not the particular bank.
