Hi everyone, helping brother with claim against Northern Rock. He succesfully claimed back charges earlier this year but has since had more so he is trying a second time only this time under the social security act 187 as he is on benefits. He has received a reply which goes on and on and basically says under their interperation of the act he has no grounds as this does not apply to bank charges and he must have misunderstood the law.
Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
