    Default Sarah77 v LTSB by proxy??

    Hey, I'm abroad at the moment, I will be for some time, and postal connections here are not very good. My bank account is registered at my boyfriend's address in UK, he is happy to help me start claim procedure from there, but it will be difficult for me to sign documents and impossible to attend any hearings. Is it in someway possible for my boyfriend to act legally on my behalf, in the way a lawyer can?
