    Default Bank have yet to submit their Burndle

    Hi All

    My court date is on 14/09/07 and the deadline for submitting the bundle is 14 day prior to the hearing. I sent my bundle off weeks ago. So far I am yet to receive anything from the banks representatives. I can remember reading somewhere that if the bank doesn't submit their case before the deadline I win by default.

    Is this true and has anyone got a letter template I can use?

    rarely they submit bundles, what you need to be doing is getting your objections in for a proposed stay as they are going to be trying hard, even if refused the first time.

    Halifax WON X 2, Northern Rock WON, Capital One WON, Marbles WON, HSBC WON

    On the 25th october I will be filing a claim for £175.00 Citicards. Just watch it!

    I am in the same boat as you more-or-less... have a look at post 17 in my thread and there is a letter that's up for correction before I send it.

    This may help you also.

    My court date is 11th September
