Is there a template or letter we can send to stop any further charges being put in place whilst test case is ongoing. Banks seem to be gaining interest from us an applying charges, yet we can't do anything.
Hiya cat, as far as I know its only happened once, the thread is johnsworld in the Barclays forum. I wrote a little piece on my theread after john managed that on my thread in the HSBC forum its post #197 and submitted it to my court, only a week ago so no feed back yet.
