Hey there folks. I'd appreciate a bit of advice on how to proceed with my claim against the BOS. I have sent my Preliminary Approach for Payment letter, and just received the common letter these days re the test case and that the banks are not keeping to the usual timetable until this has been resolved. Other posts that I have looked at say to just carry on with the claim ie. the letter before action. However, since I am in Scotland, I thought that complaints could not be delayed by simply referring to the test case (I'm sure I read this somewhere on this site). Is there some legal quote or phrase I can add to the Letter Before Action which will give them a push and prevent them trying to delay my complaint any further?
