Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have recently received another charge from Lloyds, well, in fact 2 charges.
My Lloyds Mastercard was due for payment on the 28th August, I honesly thought it was the 29th, as they usually take it out then.
Anyway, on the morning of the 28th, it never came out but after realising on my online statement my girlfriend placed sufficient monies in my account to cover the card. However, after checking my online account when I returned from work, it appear`s the card direct debit bounced earlier that day before the money was deposited into my account.
The result was a letter for £35 charges and also a £12 late payment charge on my Lloyds Mastercard.
The thing is, while the OFT Trial is going on, they are refusing to deal with anyones claims, yet they are still greedy enough to still steal money from people. They make me so angry!
I was wondering if anyone has suitable letter which puts my point across, and also that if they are not dealing with claims then they should not still be charging people and that all charges should be waived immediately.
