Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi, I know to use the Moneyclaim online you need an address in England or Wales, I'm not sure on the legalities of using an address you don't live at but I would imagine it would be ok. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong
i still own the address that all the accounts were opene don, they currently have tenants in and i dont really want to try to get them passing mail to us in Eire. before someone says post rerouting, its expensive to ireland and it dosent work, i lived in jersey and i had more mail waiting for me at the estate agents than delivered to jersey!!
Try and work things remotely with someone forwarding mail to you - you cna still raise actions by post from eire, but use your UK address as the point of contact, it keeps things so much simpler!
