    Default Living abroad

    Hi,
i am in the process of moving to Ireland with work, and i was wondering if i can still progress a claim from Ireland??

If i cant what is the best action to take, can i use a temp address such as friend/parents???

I do still own a house in UK that is rented out.

    appreciate any advice

Hi, I know to use the Moneyclaim online you need an address in England or Wales, I'm not sure on the legalities of using an address you don't live at but I would imagine it would be ok. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong

Good luck (with your move and claim )

Try and work things remotely with someone forwarding mail to you - you cna still raise actions by post from eire, but use your UK address as the point of contact, it keeps things so much simpler!
