just had to sell the other half`s little 2 up 2 down, due to arrears arising from bad tenants! ( total nightmare)
as the property had been subject to a repossesion order recently, RBS took an additional £850 on top of the £59K to discharge the account!
£850 apparently for solicitors charges, who just issued a summons for repossesion and it did`nt even go the distance because we paid up before the court date!
not to mention a few years worth of, " penalty charges", across the account!
question can we issue the DSAR, to the mortgage center in scotland?
