    Default Reverse Stay

I was actually wondering if the upcoming test case can be used to keep those creditors chasing for debt, based on charges, off ones back. If they want to go to court to recover the money, could we request a stay pending the outcome of the test case?

    You can but try.
You would have a strong case if the chased debt is completely (or more) unlawful charges.
Always worth making the DCAicon aware that the account is in disputeicon with the original creditor anyway.

Be VERY careful whose advice you listen too
