    HI EVERYONE

    JUST A QUICK QUESTION

    2 MINT CARDS CHARGES = 180.00
    1 RBSicon CHARGES = 90.00
    1 TESCO CHARGES = 30.00

    £300 IN ALL

    WE HAVE BEEN PAYING THEM VIA THE CCCS SINCE DEC 02 - HENCE interesticon BEING FROZEN

    THEY SENT ME LETTERS OFFERING THE DIFFERENCE FROM £20 ETC TO THE STANDARD £12 PLUS MINIMAL INTEREST
    OFFERED £99.84 - TO BE PAID TO THE ACCOUNTS

    SHOULD I BOTHER MCOL - ING

    MCOL bank charges claims are being automatically stayed so don't use MCOL. Put an N1 into your local court instead, some courts are granting stays some are not. Even if a stay is granted your claim is in the system.

    Thank you for you quick response - are stays applied to credit cards now!

    We 're clutching at straws now we can't get our money back from our bank - thought we could do through our credit cards - seems not

    Credit card claims shouldn't be stayed as the test case is to do with overdrafticon charges.

    Credit claim charges are being stayed - my Barclaycard one has been and I had to pay £35 to apply to have it removed and I now have a hearing in October to decide...

    I have just filed MCOL for my Hubb'ys RBOS Credit card - I am just going to carry on and hope for the best.
