Judge Abrahams, at Luton county court, has ordered Barclays to stop continuing to apply further penalty charges until theHigh Court test casefinally settles all the legal issues involved.
this was a thread on here - but the poster is not happy because they have had lots of publicity because of id being leaked to the press- but it was a very interesting decision.
