Have you won against A&L since OFT Test Case ?

I'm trying to put together a list of cases which A&L have settled since the OFT Test Case Announcement as I'm in court tomoz at Leeds Mercantile for a directions hearing...

If you've been one of the lucky ones could you post your details here including your claim number (or send me a pm if you prefer)...

I wanted a list too for my case, but there was only the litigation list which isnt up to date. I didnt need it in the end as they settled the moment I stepped into the court waiting room! (even though they had applied for a stay the day before - see my thread for the letter I put in on the last minute, I feel that helped me)
My details are

Kay Whittaker v Alliance and Leicester Plc.

Case date 16.08.07 at 14.00hrs Claim No: 7QZ85243

Settled for £2,243. (out of the claim for £2432) I know I was exceedingly lucky! But shows there is still hope, so the very best of luck to you today. Try to get a good nights sleep!

P.S. I'm now applying for wasted costs of £250 so fingers crossed I'll squeeze as much money as I can from the buggers.

Thanks for the info, I've sent blue pricey a PM regarding her claim number etc.... I've got about 7 settled claims on my list now! I'm going to include it in my bundle.

Just in middle of punching holes in my court bundle... (fingers hurting now!).. It's costing me a fortune in printer cartridges and paper.. hope its all worth it!!

Thats definately good news that they are still settling, I am claiming £3200 for my mums friend and she really could do with it back..

I have printed the aq icon

ready for her to drop into court on Monday but as the claim is high, she has to pay - any idea how I get this added to the total claim?

Hi C&D

I did an aq icon

and had to pay the £100. The court will give her a receipt for the money so just tell her to keep it and then when you get around to doing your court bundle, you include it in there so its added to the claim amount.
