Hi everyone, i am new to all this as well!! I sent a copy of letter 2 to A&L and they replied with a long letter talking basically that they believe their in the right, but they've asked the FSA. to suspend the normal timetable ford ealing with complaints in relation to chargesforunauthorised OD's, theyve also asked the courts and fos not to proceed with any cases until teh hearing but basically theyve said ill not hear anything until teh courts have decided what to do! Should i resend another letter or wait??
Thank them for their letter and tell them you have noted it's content.
