Hi all, I have been doing this for a friend and he is up to starting court proceedings but he has recieved a letter stating that the oft trial case will mean that he will be put on a stay so what does he do? Should he go ahead and issue court papers or hold on?

If you go to the General Section - above the bank forums - there is another thread which tells you what your local court is doing.
Also the FSA may review the waiver - so I think the general advice is to carry on at the moment.
