Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
on my Natwest statements (other than the charges for not paying D/D's) are the following:
interest £xxx
charges £xxx
referral charge for each particular month usually around £50.00
I know that I am claimiming the charges for D/D refusal but does anyone know just what exactly a referral charge is and should I be adding it to my claim ?
any help in this matter would be appreciated.
