Setanta have recently been heavily advertising on Sky, their new package of £9.99 and no annual contract. They have not, however, informed any of their current customers who are paying £14.99 and are on an annual contract. These include a number of people who originally subscribed to channels like NASN, who Setanta took over.
This was brought to my attention by a member of another forum I belong to, who challenged them and was immediately offered the £9.99 rate. Since then, many other members of the same forum have followed, with the same result. Even those who have been refused the first time round have simply asked a second time and had their subscriptions reduced.
08700 506980 is the number to ring (sorry, but I don't have a non 0870 number)
