Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Barclaycard have taken it upon themselves to partially refund the ammount i was requesting, when i contacted them to ask why they advised that i had not replied to them to accept their offer, now firstly i had not received any offer and secondly i would not have accepted any less than say 80% (they have refunded about 30%).
Re: barclaycard refund partially without my consent
Send a letter of rejection and tell them to take the money out of your account.
Have a read through some of the other threads here to see how people are getting on.
The won forum at the top is a useful source of information. You will need to start working towards preparing a claim. But, you can get the 100% back, no need to settle for less.
Plenty of folk are getting their money back and remember, they took it from you unlawfully!!!!
Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.
Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-
Re: barclaycard refund partially without my consent
