I sent a letter to Lloydsusing the template kindly supplied on your website.
I received a phone callyesterday from "Customer Satisfaction" wishing to know why I was claiming back charges for £570 and why was it not done sooner.
I explained the reasons why and was told that as banks are responsible to the Banking Codeand the FSA they would not allow the banks to operate outside the law!!
I was told that as the events happened they were well within their rights to charge these sums.
Trying to remain calm I requested that they do the decent thing and reply to my letter in writing and not to try and fob me off with a shot across the bow.
I await their reply.
When and if received I will post it here.
