Default I have sent a letter to Lloyds and had a telephone response!

I sent a letter to Lloydsicon using the template kindly supplied on your website.
I received a phone callicon yesterday from "Customer Satisfaction" wishing to know why I was claiming back charges for £570 and why was it not done sooner.
I explained the reasons why and was told that as banks are responsible to the Banking Codeicon and the FSA they would not allow the banks to operate outside the law!!
I was told that as the events happened they were well within their rights to charge these sums.
Trying to remain calm I requested that they do the decent thing and reply to my letter in writing and not to try and fob me off with a shot across the bow.
    I await their reply.
When and if received I will post it here.

    Laura

You should post this in your own thread and ask your questions there.

Read here for everything you need to know, it is going to take you many hours of reading and learning, but it will become clearer.

Good for you, you have done the right thing, only deal with them in writing and do not be put off.
