Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Have just been given notice that my case, has been stayed by Northapton CC pending the outcome of the OFT test case. I have also seen many people mentioning this on many of the threads, and I am sure I saw something posted to send to the court, to appeal. But I can't seem to find it again. Can anyone help of offer advise. Was I just dreaming of this letter?
I am up before "THE JUDGE" next week - with only the statement from here to help me.
