Default So who has won a case since this OFT test case announcement?

Looking for some inspiration please. I'm sitting here trying to make up my bundle and am wondering if there is any point to be honest.

Yes, SSL is right, I have come across quite a few myself on my travels.

The OFT case might appear to some to be daunting but we must all pursue cases as far as possible. There is strength in unity in tackling the banks who are also using whatever means they can as delay tactics.

Bank charges are unlawful. Right is on our side.

Try to keep going, ask questions as the need arises to help advance your claim.

    Good luck!!

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-

BBC NEWS | Business | Banks still being sued over fees

    Hi,

"Might is right" also applies to collective consumer unity, as demonstrated here on CAGicon and MSE and the other groups.

An update re some claims progressing from the bbc.

    Good luck!
