    Question Barclaycard - non compliance of SAR

    Sent request for SARicon - 24 April
    sent cheque off my own back - 16 May
    sent letter on non-compliance and that i will be going to court in 7 days if no response.
    18 July - received letter saying that they will get back to me.

    19 Aug and still not heard back from them. what should i do now?
