    Default Ryan vs. Barclaycard

    Posted a prelim to them yesterday with a schedule attached for a tidy £348. Checked Royal Mail this morning and it hasnt been receieved as yet.

    If the date according to the recorded delivery falls on a weekend do i still count 14 days from that date?

    Got a letter from them yesterday....we disagree our fees are unfair blah blah blah...but heres 120 quid! LOL! Going to sort out my reject offer letter on tuesday.

    has anyone had any experience where they have never seen the goodwill settlement they were offered as a result of sending a reject offer that states you will take it as part payment?
