Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just had to take my bank to court. I did this through the Money Claim Online web-site. However, when entering the Particulars of claim, don't think I entereed the information correctly. I only noticed the "wording" I should have used on moneysavingexpert.com after submitting the claim.
The bank have also entered a defence and I have No idea what to do next?
OK, Alliance & Leicester. "The claimant claims monies applied to his bank account, by A&L, which are believed to be unlawful. THey constitute charges applied for unpaid direct debits, cheques and further charges as applied by the bank, which include, but are not exclusive to unautharised overdrafts".
P.S> i have been told to wait for a court date & am not sure what to do next. I have the court bundle and have read extensively on various forums. Do I need to do anything in the mean time, or just wait for the court date?
