    Default Wilobaz1802 v barclaycard

    Hello could some one please give me a bit of guidance.
    My court date is set for the 14th september, i have sent of my couirt bundles to both the court and barclaycard. I have read in the forums about contacting the ligatation team at barclay. Should i contact them and if so what should i say to them. Or is there a possibility of the case being stayed or will barclaycard settle before court.

    theres all sorts of confusion around at the moment ,some cases are being stayed and some are being let through ,depends on the judges i think.i would call Barclaysicon and ask if anyone is looking at your claim yet as they tend only to look at the ones that are imminent to be processed, cant hurt to ask though to see whats going on...

    additions direct-no CCA
    marshall ward-no CCA
    next-CCA turns up after they have committed offence,(30 days) S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) time!
    monument -CCA not signed reported to TS for harrassment 1st letter sent TS are useless
    associates visa-no CCA
    think there might be a pattern here!?
    GE Money- won
    barclaycard-- N1 put into court
    capital one - won
    NatWest- won
