If your claim has been stayed by MCOL you can contact them to request that the case is transferred to your local court. If a request is received MCOL WILL transfer your claim.
Your local court may also order a stay which you may then, if you wish, make an application to lift the stay based on your individual circumstances.
There have been some successes with regards to lifting a stay but also many disappointments. You need to consider your own circumstances as to whether you feel it is appropriate for you to apply to have the stay lifted.

Hi the Gang,
got my usual leter of denial from the Halifax saying the usual rubbish if I stick to my timetable now time for letter before action and then the next step is to start court case(and hope fora claim by default) this seams unlikely

wazzz danews from da frontline den.
Got the usual "UP YOURs" letter from the shabyfax going to stick it out and send lba and folow up with court case.
As this will be stayed what next (....in stays.... a nautical term ...meening vessel now stationary after attemting to change course.... heading as in now sailing backwards.....and being overtaking by seagulls....) har har me old shipmates!!!!!!
