If your claim has been stayed by MCOL you can contact them to request that the case is transferred to your local court. If a request is received MCOL WILL transfer your claim.
Your local court may also order a stay which you may then, if you wish, make an application to lift the stay based on your individual circumstances.
There have been some successes with regards to lifting a stay but also many disappointments. You need to consider your own circumstances as to whether you feel it is appropriate for you to apply to have the stay lifted.

i have already sent my claim through mcol and have recieved all the blob from wragg & co . how do i get it moved to my local court and what do i do next soz if i have messed with this thread but am a bit confussed

what i would like to know is when is this hearing in jan/feb as my claim has also been stayed and i started in may 2007 they made me an offer of £340 including my £120 court fees but in a letter threatened me with my account being closed if i didnt accept so does anyone have any news at all as to whats going on?
to sowhatever phone up northampton and ask for it to be transferred to your local court, have you had a stay put on your claim like i have
