Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

passable, but I think collectively you could have put the 100% mark up from £2.50 - £5.00 to a nil mark up and when necassary barter at the relevant stage, and clarified that the statute of limitation should atleast go back to when it was issued back in the 80's, that would allow people (esppecially through the last recession) the chance to recrupe the charges when they were mostly taken! I am being selfish here because I have just started my inlaws claim (guiding them through it) and they are now retired (past 5 yrs) yet they had most of their financial problems in the early 80's through to the late 90's and that was when they needed the money the most, 5 children now all married (I got the best of the daughters though )
pay it back.
