Just wondering about this. My understanding is in the hull cases the judge has ordered disclosure for a date in Sept. Now if this goes through and the judge makes a dec say for an amount eg £3.00, would the OFT case still be required? Wouldn't this set the precedent that is needed?
Had a read round on the forum, but can't see if this has been covered on a thread. Just pondering things lol.
