Hi sticky
Good work.
The RBS are charging me £28 every time I have a month where I exceed my overdraft limit, this is over and above the paid refferial of £38, can I claim the £28 back.
Also I was charged £35 for guarantying a debit card payment, but when I used the card it proceeded as normally, if there was not enough money in my account the payment would be cancelled.
Can you help.
Cheers
Steveh3
You can reclaim your penalty charges! Best thing to do is to start a new thread (e.g., Steveh3 v RBS) - just click on the 'New Thread' link on the main RBoS page to do so and then enter as much detail as poss. That way, you'll receive the correct advice and support that you need to start your claim against RBoS to reclaim the penalty charges.
Best of luck
