Hi all. I used to be on an orange phone contract and they over charged me for one of my bill's. Now i disputed the amount they charged (£166) and said it should have been £80 (ish) Now this dispute went on for almost 2 years and Orange were pure dag-nasty evil about it all. Finaly they tripped up and i found out they hadn't issued me with a deadlock letter when they should have, and now had good grounds to complain to OFCOM who before then had been of little help. Anyway Orange agreed to settle the acount as to my original complaint , that i only owed them £80 and admitted mistakes had been made in the past (over the phone but not in writting)
Things moved on and everything seemed ok untill i checked my credit score the other week and saw the sneeky sh*ts had put a deafult on me
The question is....as i got the deafult as a direct result of Orange's over charge can i get them to remove it as they settled on my terms as to my original complaint and thus admitted there mistake?
