Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

Having today phoned Barclaycard to see if my letter to them has reached them as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is totally useless at the moment i found out that they had without my knowledge paid in to each of my closed accounts, a nominal payment.
I will today write to them accepting without prejudice these payments as part-payments but my question to those in the know is....if i ask for this money to be transferred to my bank account in the same letter will this compromise my position when taking them to court?
