i wonder if any one can help me i won my case with Barclays and then decided to claim from barclaycard i sent for my statements which i recieved and then sent my first letter off i recieved a letter from barclaycard yesterday saying they would not be giving me my charges back till the test case has been seen in court could any one please tell me if this is correct do i not do nything till the test case has been to court?
thanks for that so do i just keep sending the letters to barclaycard ignoring the letter they sent me about the test case? i have to send my second letter this w/end?
