Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am currently sorting out my statements and schedule for the court. They have asked for a statement of evidence, the only one i can find is relating to bank accounts.
Does anyone have a specific one for credit cards??
I also have noticed that I have claimed some 2 charges from Feb and March 2001, but my online claim wasn't done until 25th April so these are further than 6 years old....... what do i need to do with these now??
