Hi all, thought I'd start my on own thread on this as I could do with some help from you guy's. I've had a court date through 3 September and was starting my court bundle and need the Terms and Conditons from 2004 to 2005. I've search the site and links but can't find them anywhere for those years only the year 1999. Then this morning had a letter from the court ordering that the claim be stayed until further order with a view to awaiting the decision in the test case. I can apply to have the stay lifted by "application on notice"? in accordance with "part 23 of the Civil Procedure rules"? not sure on this. If i get this to court I want to be prepared hence the T&C's, can I use the T&C's from 1999 for my claim?
Any help much appreciated.
