Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me, I have a court date on the 24th August and have to get my documents to the court this week. My directions from the judge reads as follows:-
"Each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including experts' report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing."
I have been looking at some of the other posts on here and everyone seems to be provide a lot of paperwork. Can someone please give me some advice on what I should be submitting?
