    Default Rbos

I contacted the RBOS last week asking about a charge made on my account.

I ask for the £38 pound taken from my account to be repaid, I informed them that I had already retreived money from them for illegal charges.

I was told that they would not look at any further claims until the OFT test case was completed.

    Is this correct?

No, you can reclaim the charge as you did before. They ar etrying to use the OFT announcement to their advantage. Continue as before.

    Thanks livelylad
    Thats what I,ll do.
When I spoke to them I suggested that if they were waiting for the OFT court case outcome before they accept claims for illeagle charges, then they should stop taking the charges also, funny but they said they wouldn't.
    Thanks again
