got offer from RBS icon

cc who are offeri8ng £14.84 to be paid into account not the full £38.00 as requested which letter do i send next??

is it this one? i have not sent a lba icon

rivig, the 8 weeks is the maximum they can take, but you are giving the 2 weeks, so stick to that.

If you haven't sent an lba icon

yet, simply send that but add a line saying you reject the 14.84 and require payment of the full amount.
