Default Court Date Thursday 9th, live a long way from court!

    Hello all,

My proper thread is here, but no-one seems to be reading it so.....

I have a court date at Newcastle Court on Thursday 9th August. Since I started all this, I have moved from Newcastle to London, so it's a very long way to go. If, as I suspect will happen, the court end up ordering a stay, it will be a hell of an expensive wasted trip. What are my options?

Can I get a representative to go for me? Or does it have to be me? What if I send a representative and they actually go ahead with it? Does anyone know what Newcastle Court have been doing recently?

I think as already stated you should ring the court as soon as you can.

Do not or one second think Barclaysicon will play fair.

Try and get your case moved near home, but be aware you may come accross delays in doing this.

    Good LUck
