Every user must have at least one set of Terms & Conditions stashed away somewhere! Please search them out and scan them to us at the following e-mail address (preferably pdf format) -
If you do not have a scanner or cannot gaurentee a good quality scan, please post the original documents to the following address. We will be happy to return them to you if you indicate you need them back.
