Thread: A&L statement re OFT Test Case

A&L have a statement on their website stating any new and pending cases will now have to wait until after the OFT Test Case is heard and this is likely to take a year !!!

Should the Banks loose this case they are going to have to pay out some hefty amounts in interest alone.

Yes they are Martin. I would suggest keep on with your claim. When you file with the court at least it is in the system ready.

Yes I have issued a Civil Bill in N Ireland and delivering by hand later today my Court Bundle to Bank's Belfast Solocitors.

Have a Court Date early in October but I wonder will Court now postpone this ?
