    Default Central Ticketing .. interesting

I have been reading the Forums and whilst I do not want to get involved with the rights or wrongs of the advice given I do notice that 1 company keeps arreaping and something to make you smile on a sunday afternoon.
I have a friend who is involved with debt collectionicon and a name that was mentioned a few days ago was Central Ticketing and one of its directors/shareholders by the name of Dean Key.
Well, to shorten a long story, he was caught twice parking on private land and received 2 charge notices and as a result CCJs were given to him, this was back in January 2007 I think.
Although he has been told by the court, a bailifficon has visited him he still refuses to pay and I think now an arrest warrant has been issued against him to be brought before the court to explain his continued non payment.

I just find it funny that central ticketing send out letters to people about non payment of charges they give out and their own directors/employees/shareholders do exactly the same when they park illegally.
Maybe something to say to central ticketing next time they write to you threatning court action.

I did also learn something else about central ticketing, this is only for them and no other parking company, they never take any cases to court they do use a private collection firm to try and collect the debt but they do not take cases to court, something you may wish to remember.

Arrest Warrants are not issued for Civil Debts. Only the likes of Council Tax.

PUTTING IT IN WRITING & KEEPING COPIES IS A MUST FOR SUCCESS

I believe that they can be issued for contempt.

However, if the story were true, and the guy refuses to pay; why have the bailiffsicon not seized goods?

I dont know why the bailiffsicon did not seize his goods, maybe he was never in but I know he has not sent his forms back to the court and refused to comply with the order and as a result its the bailiffsicon who apparantly arrest him and take him to the court.

pete, I think (if you bother to check) it has been established by the site mods on other threads that myself, electron, green_and_mean and everyone else you and/or your sidekicks have accused of being perky are incorrect.
Maybe the mods would like to confirm this to silence PJ once and for all (here hoping the other gimps like legaladvisor and muggerbee dont jump in first)

Pete, with the greatest of respect I am neither perky, old or your chum.
It does seem that everyone who disagrees with you is either perky or connected in someway to a parking company.
I would hate to see another thread hijacked by silly comments, you responded to a thread last updated in August with a pointless comment about a post perky made then withdrew, then accused me of being the same person.
I fail to see how difficult it is to understand that all the people you and others have accused of being perky are unfounded so please do the site a favour and stop going on about it.
I would advise you to stick to what you are so good at, that being advising people on avoiding tickets and claiming your victory.
Unless you have any real input to add to this thread about central ticketing, I see no reason to continue the discussion.

I think we all know who the gimp is here. Like a stuck record he parrots "but perky said this, perky said that". No mind of his own. Frankly it does not matter if you are perky - you both share a love of private parking [problem] companies and a hatred of hard-pressed motorists. If you're not actually him you are certainly him by nature. And it is clear from previous posts that you have shared information with the man you claim not to be (such as posting personal information on here about another poster).

What is the motivation for a newbie's first posting to be digging up a six month old thread, asking who really wrote it?

What the hell is going on with this forum?

I must admit that the trials and tribulations of Perky, Interesting, Susancole et al don't interesticon me particularly. I don't want to see just one of these Car Park Management Companies go out of business, I'd love to see it happen to them all.

Almost as weird as Perky now including a photo of the individual he makes allegations against on his website. Well OK, not THAT weird.

The photo has only been added in the last couple of days. I hope Perky is sure of his information as he will be in deep doo doo if he isn't.
