Had a quick look and the results are:

Egg icon

and M&S - VALID and enforceable
Cap1 - INVALID no prescribed terms so UNenforceable.

linz, bear in mind I always err on the side of caution.
True if all the referenced documents haven't been supplied and/or there is a discrepancy in the loan calculation then this changes matter.

thanks for your quick response as ever - it is a minefield but when I looked at the other one it is identical to mine.

The only benefit of it not been enforceable for me is a Full and final icon

settlement
