Need your help

After talking to Barclaycard CSD Mr. Kunal advised me to send letter to with £10 cheque to the following address:

1. Data Protection Team
Dept-LRC
Barclaycard
Northampton NN4 7SG

On this site I have found 2 addressess one is posted by Maxine that was:
Here's the main guy for getting hold of your statements:

If you email him he does ususally respond the same day.

It might help speed things up for you... you never know.

I am confused:
1. where to send my refund of charges letter.
2. I have two cards (VISA & Master) how much do I have pay for my old statements for those two accounts £10 or £20.

Please advise me. Your advise will help me to claim back my charges I will update with my outcome dealing with them.

Send your letter asking for a refund of the charges to:

Barclaycard
1234 Pavilion Drive
Northampton
NN4 7SG

2. I have two cards (VISA & Master) how much do I have pay for my old statements for those two accounts £10 or £20.

£10 as the SAR is for all the information they hold on you.

This address (Adrian Ruffhead,Barclays Legal & Compliance,Litigation & Disputes,Level 29, One Church Place, London, E14 5HP) is only to use once your data request has already been in the system for a while... it is the Litigation department where you would discuss court action if you do not receive your statements after sending the SAR request and waiting the 40 days.

There would be no use sending the SAR to Ruffhead as he is a Barclaycard lawyer, not part of the customer service team.

If you start your own thread Oniket it will be easier to get the advice you need and to keep track of your progress.

Money help I am totally in the dark abt the problem you are having with Bcard. Can you pl. tell me more about N1 form and spreadsheet of charges and prelim. I like to share if I could be any help to help you with some idea. You never know. Pl. help me to help you.
