I've decide after being charged £72 in bank charges this month that it is time for the worm to turn. I hate banks even more than I hate the dentisit but enough is enough.
Basically they refused to pay a d/d for £50.10 because their wasnt enough funds, yet they charged me £38 for the pleasure. This £38 took me over my overdraft limit, so in their banking logic they have just charged me another £38 for being over my overdraft limit.
How in gods name is that logical? and I still have the £50 standing order to pay.
I'm have another bank account already so that is fine and dandy, however the problem I have is that I cant find out where to send my £10 fee to as nothing comes up when I enter my branch address into the data protection public register search engine.
should I enter the head office details? Anyone have any ideas?
