The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

I have an overdraft limit of £2000 which I never pay off and never will unless I win the Lottery. I took out a bank loan to pay it off, the bank were obviously happy about lending me this money, it seemed like a good idea at the time but it was back up to £2000 (I'm lousy with money - but learning to be better) within weeks. I've also the extra payment of the monthly loan payment too now. I also exceed the overdraft limit which the bank let me but charge me. I'm paying approx £70 a month in charges and interest - have I the right to ask my bank for a refund?
