I have got my statements and written up my charges,

looking through them on 3 occasions they charged me twice for a purchase(same ref numbers everything) i'm just going to ring first and request these back

I have a question though on 3 occasions i paid of some apporx £100 each and on the same day Eggicon charged me "An Adjustment to your Account" for exactly what i had just paid (eg £98 paid in charged £98)

What is this??? can i claim it back???

And no wonder my situation just seemed to be getting worse i waas in the middle of a meltdown when his happened and wasn't paying attention to things
